Chicken Head Soup

This chicken head was a delicious and delightful surprise that jeremy found in his soup! We have since become vegetarians and are living on a staple diet of "mefan" - rice. It is the only word that we seem to be able to remeber in mandarin. Poor Jeremy is losing weight by the day and I cannot stop inspecting my rear end in the mirror to see if it looks any smaller.
