Yoga ashram pics

This is a pic of the lovely Lucy and I after spending about a week at the ashram. That big blob on my forehead is not a wound- it is a blessing as it was the night of the Sivaratri festival where we danced around all night long chanting " Om Namah Shivaya' It was an exciting night as we had our first day off the following day and did not have to get up for 5am chanting - heaven!
