On one of our less strenuous days of hiking, we stopped off at this Tibetan Lodge for breakfast. It was literally straight out of Hansel and Gretal. It even had a white unicorn up on the hill. We immediately fell in love with the place and promptly got to work on making a delicious omelette sandwich breakfast. We loved the couple that lived here so much that we decided to sod our days walking and just stay in this cute little kitchen and cook all day long. They taught us how to cook tibetan bread, momos, chipattis all over this little clay oven that the Tibetan daddy had made. As you can imagine, I was in Carrie magic heaven.
